Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Additional Charges (other than the product price)
No additional charges apply beyond the product price and shipping fee, except that for international orders any customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Delivery Period
Orders are dispatched within 15 business days of payment confirmation.

Payment Methods and Timing
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) and PayPal. Payment is charged in full at the time the order is placed.

Return Period
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if a work arrives damaged or differs from your order. Returns for other reasons (change of mind, colour differences due to screen settings, etc.) cannot be accepted, as each work is individually finished by hand with genuine gold leaf.

Refund Policy
Where a work arrives damaged or differs from your order, we will offer a replacement where possible, or a full refund including the original shipping fee. We will process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned work. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Policy
For returns due to damage or an error on our part, we bear the cost of return shipping and will arrange collection. Please retain all packaging and photograph any damage on receipt. Returns are not accepted for any other reason.
